Support & ServicesLodging First operates a centralized accounting system which seamlessly interacts with the hotels that we own and/or operate. This format allows us to maximize efficiency and reduce the on site operating and payroll costs for each hotel. Payables are coded and "batched up" at the property, and then sent to our office for payment. The general ledger, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, tax obligations, and payroll are handled at our corporate accounting office. Lodging First has guaranteed maximum contracts with many of the lodging industries biggest suppliers which allow us to use the economies of scale wherever possible. Inventory management, cash handling, cost of goods sold and purchasing controls are conducted and monitored by our office for each hotel. The corporate accounting office also conducts random internal audits at each hotel to ensure proper policies and procedures are being adhered to on site.
Consulting
Lodging First offers consulting services to owners and financial institutions. With no long term commitment needed, we can offer our full compliment of services and conduct a "focused" consultation and evaluation of any hotel.

Hotel Management

Purchasing
Some of the services Lodging First is able to offer are cost controls, effectively maximizing economies of scale, and guaranteed maximum discounts with national hotel supply companies.
Reports Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports are done by Lodging First for all of its hotels. This includes but is not limited to: general ledgers, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, budgeting, costs of goods sold (including food and beverage), payroll, and revenue.
Sales and Marketing
Lodging First will work with the hotel general managers and sales executives to plan and execute property level sales and marketing objectives. Weekly, monthly and yearly performance and productivity reports are analyzed and reacted to, to ensure onsite sales team members are achieving individual and overall hotel objectives. Annual business plans are done that include sales and marketing. Lodging First will coordinate quarterly sales "blitz's" as well as work with the hotels to maximize our relationships with organizations such as CVB's, NTA, and ABA. FLG Hospitality will also help oversee and coordinate the onsite hotel effort to maximize the ever-growing e-commerce revenue opportunities.
